Digital Millennium Copyright Act Notice

Flow Novel respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our platform.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on Flow Novel infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice by filling out the form below or by sending a written notice to our designated agent that includes:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including URL or location on the platform.
  4. Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email).
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the removed material and its location before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.

Repeat Infringers

Flow Novel will terminate accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances.
